Context

Our products service intermediaries (agents and professionals), seekers (people looking to rent or sell), and owners (people looking to sell or lease out their properties). I worked on the listing creation funnel for intermediaries and owners, using the insights I had learned from working with the seeker teams to guide users towards creating listings that would stand out.

Process

1. OWNER AUDIT

🔎  Since we're not embedded into product teams, I often do audits to determine what teams requre content support. After performing an audit for the owner domain, I identified listing creation funnel as needed more content strategy.

Results

​One of the owner teams reported a completion rate increase of 22% with the version I worked on.
