Hi, I'm Ellie.
Elissa (Eh-lee-ssa) Gonzalez Ackermann, officially speaking.
I'm a Native English Copywriter and UX Writer trying to stay warm in Hamburg, Germany.
I'm mainly into dogs, books, sunny days, and food items with little to no nutritional value. I also care about people: the people on my team, and those using our product or interacting with our brand. That's why I get up, chug my coffee, and work diligently to find the smoothest, most user-friendly copy.

Ellie Voice Chart
A voice chart is a strategic UX Writing tool designed by Torrey Podmajersky, author of Strategic UX Writing. The three principles usually define the experience users will have when interacting with a product. Here I've used it to give you a hint of the Ellie experience, an outline of my personality in and out of work.

My little jokes tend to be short and sweet, just meant to get the energy flowing.
I try to keep my direct honesty to as few words as possible for clarity.
