Chat messaging space

Context

I worked closely with a product designer to create an in-app chat messaging space for our cross-country products, allowing users to communicate safely and efficiently without having to leave the app.

Process

1. DISCOVERY

🔎 Since I was part of this project from its inception, I was able to participate in a discovery cycle where I conducted a content market analysis and user research to understand needs and expectations for this tool.

Results

Once the new chat messaging space launched, we saw an immediate adoption rate of 72%.
