Property estimation flow

Context

The estimation tool can be used by property owners or seekers to calculate the estimated value of a given property. I worked on strengthening the flow because from a business point of view, we want owners to use the tool and then create a listing with our products. The tool has to be attractive to owners, convincing them to take the next step, while still being accessible to other kinds of users.

Process

1. AUDIT OF CURRENT FLOW

🔎 I collaborated with designers and product owners that have long been working on this tool to collect all past insights from discovery cycles and identified points of improvement.

Results

We were able to lower the drop off rate by 14% with the new property estimation tool that I worked on.
